All FFY 2023 preapplication materials must be submitted to the Iowa DOT Modal Transportation Bureau - Aviation by Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2021

Planning/Application process

Complete applications will include:

Sponsor identification and checklist
CIP Data Sheet - One for each project in first three years of CIP signed and dated by the sponsor

Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
Email draft copy to jeff.deitering@faa.com for comment by November 16, 2021.
Final version must be signed by the sponsor

Long-Range Needs Assessment
Planning documents as required

Revenue producing facilities
Documentation that shows all airside needs met, approaches are clear and the project is justified.
