County and city reports
Instructions for completing the county annual report using the online reporting tool provided by the Iowa County Engineers Association Service Bureau.
Iowa Code section 309.22 requires the county engineer to submit an annual report to the Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) by September 15 of each year. This is a summary of all the annual reports submitted by the counties. Additionally, in 2016, House File 2345 was enacted into law, requiring counties to report the replacement or repair of Structurally Deficient bridges.
Additional instructions regarding the use of TPMS, the online reporting tool, can be found in the "Help" section of the TPMS module on the Iowa County Engineers Association Service Bureau website.
